How good are we?

A great place to work and getting better.

That's the main message from our latest Team Member Opinion Survey with a response rate of 76%.

Across the company, we are achieving satisfaction scores in the eighties, while a number of clubs are all up there in the nineties.

Clearly with just over 8 out of every 10 team members being satisfied we are very pleased, but we will not be resting on our laurels. Whether it be through our team member opinion survey or club and national team member forums our team members continue to flag up areas where we could improve and will take these seriously with a view to action...
